Going to U of T? Interested in playing soccer?

Anyone from U of T interested in playing intramural soccer in division 3? Particularly defenders. :) I'm looking for defenders .. left back..right back..centre backs.. If you play other positions too, we have some spots too so feel free to give me a shout out if you're interested!

div 1 > div 2 > div3 > div 4....etc

You don't have to be that great.. but at least be able to kick the ball away when in danger and be able to pass. :)

But most importantly I'm looking for people that are committed. :)

Div 1 is for serious ppl. Div 2 is less serious .. the standard is lower.. Div 3 is the lowest..more of a recreational level.
Don't worry about having to be good.

generally, what are the times the games will be played? I am interested as it would be a decent workout for me, and I do have some experience as I played on the high-school team, as defender, and finally moved to midfield.

From past experience.. normally it'll be during evenings on weekdays. And maybe weekends. Depends on luck when choosing a schedule.. but normally evenings. If it's weekends, it'll be mornings and early afternoon.

Well there's really no actual sign up except turning up for the games. I intend to have some training sessions - sorta like a get to know everyone sorta thing. So once I have sorted what date and time then I'll post here or PM you guys.

If not, I'd still like to talk to you guys in person so once school starts then maybe we can do that. :)

I would've let you played this year if they hadn't been monitoring us. LOL. We used to have outsiders play for us because we didn't have enough people that we knew from U of T.

Turns out that we got into some trouble last season in indoor soccer when someone ratted on us just coz we beat them nicely, and we made the playoffs and they didn't.

It's outdoor.

We don't play in Div 1 or 2. If you prefer Div 1 or 2, you'll have to play for the college's team and yes you do have to tryout..

I have spots for defenders and possibly midfielders (you'll be rotated amongst midfielders). No more forwards.. :)

Teams have not been assigned a number so I don't know which is our schedule. Have to wait for Tuesday on that. League starts this Friday.

I assume that your team is just for the men's division? (in which case I cannot join :x)
