costcos CFL BULBS: instant rebate + hydro quebec MIR

This week costco has the CFL bulbs with 4-5$ off i think. then you can apply for the hydro quebec MIR of 5$ on every 10$ spent on th bulbs....

here's the math:

lumunis 13w bulbs x 8@14.79$ + tax = 16.85$ total
minus 4$ instant rabate
minus 5$ hydro rebate= 7.85$ net total

that's 98¢ per bulb including taxes! I challenge anyone to find a better deal for CFL'S!:razz: :razz:

are the hydro coupons mail-in rebate or instore? If they are instore costco wont accept the coupons since they just use their own coupons..

It's a mail-in rebate, so it should work. Too bad I'm not in the Quebec area, this is a excellent deal.

Note - In Ont you can't use the every kilowatt counts (http://www.everykilowattcounts.com/HTML/InMarket/EKC/coupons.shtml) coupons because Costco doesn't take any coupons except their own :mad:
