This image is from the Home Depot flyer for this week.

CHAMBERLAIN 1/2 HP Garage Access System
- One single-button remote with Security+ Anti-burglary technology
- Illuminated door control button

$124 CHAMBERLAIN 1/2 HP Garage Access System
+ $75 installation
Total $199
Is this a good deal?

That would be the cheapest possible opener that Chamberlain manufactures.

Door bell wall control, as opposed to a model with a large switch, and separate light and lock controls.

Single remote.

And $75 for installation I am guessing is just labour. There may be extras on top of that. "See details"

Thank you for your comments above.

I got one from HD at first Markham last Sunday.
I paid $124 for the opener + $75 installation + GST only. So it came out about $21x.xx. HD hasn't called me yet to arrange the installation.

I went to HD at Yonge and HW7 but these were all sold out on Sunday.
