High interest savings account for foreign addresses

I want to open a Canadian Dollar high interest savings account, my wife and I just started cashing in our RRSPs, but we don't need the money right away. We are both Canadian citizens, have SIN numbers and Canadian passports. Problem is we moved to the USA, and banks such as ICICI and PC Financial only allow people actually living in Canada to open accounts. Anyone know who has the highest interest savings accounts in Canada, for people with a foreign address?
