Hamilton: Need rent for 5 months from Jan-May 08

Anyone know how I can get a decent apartment for 5 months rent from Jan-May?

I won't be in Hamilton for 4 months in the fall so it doesn't make sense for me to pay rent during that time.

My current superintendent says I must sign minimum 1 year!

Around McMaster, lots of students drop out and leave town halfway through the year, so there are always units or rooms available in Jan. If that's the type of rental you need, you'll have no trouble.
