I don't actually have any comments about iLoft except it's good to see one of these massive construction companies who are making millions and millions of dollars spend some worth while marketing money that is at least catchy. :D

take the locker - it's a selling feature you can't get later and it's added storage space. The granite counter tops can be added any time, but the locker can't. If nothing else, it's good for your car stuff, like winter tires.

This project is not in the most high-demand area. It's a bit isolated near the highway near a whole lot of industrial and older commercial... also noticed that the project has advertised "construction starting soon" and that's been for some time now. I asked for prices atleast a year back and looks like it's still looking to sell more units before it can get started... prices (from what I remember) were quite affordable compared to condos closer to the downtown core. Just my 2 cents.

actually its 10 minutes walk away from the boardwalk....its in area being developed so its not over priced...its practically yelling distance to the over hyped "beyond the sea"...and it has the most amazing "sports complex" right in the middle of the three unit..residence only :)...I actually bought one!!!..closing date mid 2009...%80 sold out....10 minutes drive to downtown, two minutes drive to the Gardiner....the buyers are between 25-45 years old...mostly techies and white color business people...cant wait to move in....
