Sleep country/ sleepgard protection experiences?

Some friends stayed over and their kid pissed on my pillow top mattress.

Just wondering if anyone has had experiences with the Stainsafe Sleepgard protection plan.

I bought this for $50 when I bought my bed and wanted to know how they clean the bed and if they remove odours, etc...

good/bad experiences all welcome.

you have to fill out a web form and a carpet/stain cleaners will come to your place to clean it. They have the right equipment to clean you mattress so it should be ok. If they can't clean it, they should replace the whole mattress.

How long did it take them to get to your place after you sent in the form?
