Hey guys, lately i have been reading up on CLA(conjugated lineolic acid) and how it can assisst it trimming down on body fat. I was looking to find if anyone here has been using it and found it useful. Supposedly when paired with omega 3's this combination isn't that bad. Some info on me are i have been working out for about 3+years, the only supplements i am currently taking are GNC MegaMan Multivitamins and Jamieson Omega 3-6-9 1200mg softgel caps. I am currently 157lbs and trying to slim down some more after bulking up in the winter. I was thinking about addding CLA to my daily stuff and was just looking for opinions on those who have used it and what they think of it. Yes i know this isn't like a magical pill that makes you lose weight amazingly quick, just looking for experiences and opinions about CLA itself. Thanks in advance.
