protein powder prices have sky rocketed, and milk may increase in price as well. I think it's become of some labour dispute, not sure. Costco used to have great prices. 30 dollars for 6lb of protein. Now, you'll find that they cost close to 37$ for 5 pounds.

So keep that in mind when your shopping. Prices have inflated.

well your right, but still

my gym sells 5 pounds for 55$ which is 77 servings.
BUT "THEY SOLD OUT"

costco has 2 pounds for 37$ which SUX

bodybuilding.com has 5 pounds for 38$ USD, but I need a protein powder in the next week...

i've seeen canadien protein powder websites with cheap / reasonable prices.

jean-coutu has like 1 pound for 27$ :-0

as long as its around 5 pounds for 55$ its good.

There's plenty of Canadian sites.

www.heavyweights.net (http://www.heavyweights.net)
www.supplementscanada.com (http://www.supplementscanada.com)
www.sndcanada.com (http://www.sndcanada.com)

I've used them all. Depending on the protein, you're looking at $40 - $80 for 5 pounds. They typically have free shipping if you order a certain amount. They all have used Canadapost Xpresspost for my shipments, so normally a couple business days.

I have bought from SNDCANADA before, and the shipping was fast. 4 days I think? And the price is good also. No complaints from me.
