Any idea if this has been fixed yet? I know it says it'll be done by 10pm, but was just curious how widespread this was...

BRAMPTON, Ont. — A severed cable has knocked out telephone service in the Brampton area northwest of Toronto.
The problem is affecting six exchanges in the 905 area code — 249, 495, 726, 840, 843 and 846 The outage if affecting both land lines and cellphones and some automated banking machines are also out of service.
Bell Canada says it hopes to have service fully restored by about 10 p.m. (CP24)
