I'm going to Vancouver, sometimes next week, and would like to get a rough idea as to how much i could be spending on the flight.

Can i just call up an agent and ask if there's an available flight today, and get a rough estimate?

Or should i just bite the bullet and pay whatever the website is asking?

You are looking at around $600.00 with taxes in with either AirCanada or Westjet.

If you want a $600 plus taxes seat and are traveling next week, you had best be thinking of booking soon. The cheaper seats are the first to sell out. I am traveling a lot for business this summer and the flights within Canada seem very full these days.

i checked Air Canada last night and had to sacrifice the exact days i wanted for the lower price of $602.

Cant complain, since i waited this long.
