What an a-hole!!!

I can't believe he left his current job to go to another one that probably gives him more responsibility and a higher salary!!!!111oneoneoneee http://smiliesftw.com/x/whateva.gif (http://smiliesftw.com)http://smiliesftw.com/x/whateva.gif (http://smiliesftw.com)http://smiliesftw.com/x/whateva.gif (http://smiliesftw.com)

1) The extended 3 yr warranty on the 360 is costing MS 1Billion dollars (with a 'B'). This was due to faulty design. It was obvious from the minute that was announced that there would be casualties when a company pays 1Billion to FIX a mistake. Someone had to be accountable...the shareholders demanded that. Well guess who was the best scapegoat to calm down and reassure investors? He was likely thanked for his services and 'strongly advised' to put in his notice.

2) They have already hired a replacement. You don't post a position on Monster.com for these high profile positions. These take months/years to fill...and they announced the one replacing him had been on special consulting assignment since last year, hence hired as a replacement.

Before you treat people of whatever name...you should try and familiarize yourself with what is not reported int he business news...and how things are done.

I wonde rnot that he's stepping down if he'll remove his Halo 2 and GTA tatoos he got. I get the feeling his departure is temporary & that he'll be back. I don't see anyone else filling his shoes.

I doubt he was worth a 1 billion dollars, but he may have had that in options.
