Been taking weight since about January or December, one in the morning on non workout days, 2 on workout, 1 morning 1 after workout. I'm 5'9 or so and used to weigh 120ish before i started working out, now i'm about 134. None of it is fat, all muscle there are definite gains in size and definition. The question is should i continue with weight gain or switch to whey?

p.s. i have an incredibly fast metabolism

Weight gainers main ingredients are cheap sugars (maltodextrin, dextrose, etc) and whey protein (usually whey concentrate). You already are taking in whey.

i would recommend you put on weight, but that would be through just eating. Weight gainers, i have tried and man oh man do they taste nasty( in my opinion ). I guess you have to ask yourself are you happy with your weight or would you want to be bigger. I am about 5'7 and was in the same situation as you, but ever since i have gained to 155 from 120ish? I would be happy with about another 10-15lbs, but thats just my opinion and it really depends on you.

been using that gakic/creatine bfore workouts too and that seems to work nicely for added energy/strength... its very hard to gain muscle mass when ur not that big/bulky...not too many big ayshuns :D

Muscle milk doesn't classify itself as a weight gainer, but yes it does taste good!

if u get the runs from weight gainers check they don't have creatine, may not say it on the front but it will in the ingredient list, does it to me too if it has it so i drink it without.

Guess il keep taking weight gain although after 6 or 7 months of it i;m getting pretty sick of it lol

may I ask what is meant by weight-gainers?
Is it the name of a product or just a generic name for the powder

weight gainers are what they are general reffered to as. These weight gainers (i.e. Prolab's N Large 2, just an example ) has about 600calories per serving. Which should help you gain weight with all the other food you eat throughout the day. Weight gainers are meant to be some sort of healthy way of gaining weight(not to sure how healthy they are :P).
