Currently I'm with Bell for Home Phone Service.

I'm wondering if there is a cheaper service that's is just as good as Bell.

This is what I'm paying right now (per month)

1. Residence line - $18.48
2. Network Charge - $4.50
3. City Calling Area Expansion - 0.50
4. 911 emergency service access - 0.19
5. Touch tone service - 2.80

Or perhaps.. is there a competitor that offers a better price and I can ask Bell to PM the price?
