What happened to the guy with the deep voice in Boyz II Men?

I'm watching some of the Boyz II Men videos from their concert at Casino Rama. I only see three members of the group. What happened to the 4th guy?

After watching the videos it does bring back memories. They are my favorite group of all time. But I wouldn't want to be caught dead going to one of their concerts. I felt like someone just cut off my balls from watching the concert videos on youtube.
