mac messenger problem

everytime i close a conversation window it will closes my mac messenger, and error then comes up asking me to send the information to microsoft. very annoying. anyone every experience this?

Did you install safari 3.0 beta? Because if you did thats the problem. I had the same thing happen, so i just uninstalled the beta and it worked fine with safari 2.0 installed.

but i dont know how to unintall things.

i ended up using adiumx thing. works ok.

Audium is THE messenger app for OS X. No point installing anything else.

i ended up using adiumx thing. works ok.

If it works just keep adiumx, but if you want to uninstall the beta just download it again from apple.com. Then instead of installin it theres a uninstaller in there. It returns you back to how you had safari 2.0 setup before you installed the beta.
