Win xp issue

Ok so my sister try to install her new itune software. She was using an old ipod but she got a new one and without uninstalling the one old itune she went and install the itune from disc.

However when she is installing the new itune it froze so she restart her computer. But now her computer won't let her login. It always stay at the user selection screen.No matter who u click it just keeps going back to the user selection screen.

I use safemode and use systemrestore to an earlier date and still no help. Can anyone help me fix this?

I really don't want to refomrat her computer again.

if you can go into safemode, can you delete all account so it will just skip the login screen?

try to run windows repair and even reinstall winxp but I still have the same thing -_-
