We'll soon have a Factory Direct retail store in Ottawa on Donald at St Laurent Blvd, which is just about a 2 minute drive from the St Laurent Shopping Centre.
Big sign outside the strip mall there saying they're opening soon and hiring all positions!
Nice to finally see them here, and will be great for PM'ing stuff!

FYI not many places will PM refurbished products, which is the majority of what FD sells.
I can't wait till they're open though. They have pretty good prices.

How is that a good thing in any possible way? IF anything the appeal of your city just dropped down 10 notches!!

Not many people go towards that end of the city anyways. It's not exactly tourist-central.

If it was really "refurbished" it would be worth their prices.
Stuff seems to just "used" and not a value -IMHO

Agreed - I'd like to go out there, but it's not very convenient for the busser!

Take the 95 to St. Laurent and then the 5, 7, or 14 will all get you there. :) Checked it out today and they only have their sign up. It didn't look like they're going to open until at least mid-August or Sept.
