Technical Support Jobs through Volt

Hey, I've noticed that Volt has been placing a lot of ads for Technical Support Reps and I have sent in my resume around 3 weeks ago but I have yet to hear from anyone.

I do have a lot of call centre experience. For anyone who has gotten a job through Volt, did you call in/go directly to their office? Any help is much appreciated.

I was contacted by 2 Volt recruiters, and so has my friend. My friend had a bad experience with them, so I did not pursue those jobs any further. Chances are the recruiters haven't taken a look at your resume, since they probably get hundreds a day. Or they are not in a hiring cycle right now, and you may have to wait a few more weeks.

which position are you applying for? It could be that your resume was screened and didn't have the technical background( i.e. computer networking)

My experience has been great. Quick and effective. They even coach you on how to answer the interview questions.
