Have you got an offer 1 - 2 months after interview

I know most offers come within 2 weeks or 1 week, but have anyone experience where an offer come a while after your final interview?

Well that can depend were your job interview is.

I had an interview within the goverment of ontario, Starting of April, job offers came out middle/end of june.
so yeah it can happen.

Another thing that could happen. someone else got the job, failed at it, and you get the call?

Yes, I got one 6 months afterwards. I basically told the company "screw off" :D If they wanted me then they should have hired me right away! Ha Ha...

I recall after the interview they didn't seem all that interested - in fact down right nonchalant. Their loss :D

Well yeah, I totally agree with the "F&^%&^ YOU!" attitude.
