Hi,

Can anyone recommend me a shop to purchase KYB AGX or KONI Yellow's shocks for a reasonable price in Markham / Richmond Hill.

Shocks? Do you mean springs or coilovers?

i bought my kybs here: www.importrp.com

it was free shipping for me. even though they say shipping to canada isn't free, it is.

and if you want to avoid brokerages, have it shipped to a ups depot close to the border and cross the border to pick it up.

tbh... i don't know why anyone would want to buy parts locally. 99% of my car parts i buy in the states because after all is said and done, it is still cheaper this way... prices in TO are crazy expensive

But I dont want to pay unfair brokerage fees nor waste time driving down there for pair of shocks! I am in Sauga btw

isn't sauga is closer to niagara than toronto... (since on my way to niagara i go buy sauga)

so.. would u rather pay unfair brokerage fees on top of product prices and still end up cheaper than buying it in toronto, or would u rather pay unfair product prices and end up paying more?

or u can find a place that will do USPS... i've also ordered a lot of stuff from www.streetsports.com... (emanage ultimate, clutch, flywheel, muffler, cat, and other stuff) they price match/beat competitor prices and is willing to ship USPS.

just speak with shawn (the owner) and say the guy from toronto with the 98 celica told u about them =) ... they've had great customer service so far.

but there are lots of other places in the states with really gd prices and will do USPS

shipping with US postal service (USPS) will save some brokerage fees but you may still get a bill for taxes on the stuff

like i said, even after brokerage/taxes/whatever else, it still was cheaper than what places in TO wanted

Koni shocks (Reds) 1994 - 2001 Set of 4. Koni has free shipping.8040-1146 AND 8040-1158 358.40

on SHOX

However, I think it was cheaper on the site listed earlier, around $58/piece

reason why i prefer to buy locally is because if any warranty issues arise, it will be easier to deal with.
