2x 512 meg DDR2 PC5300 DDR667 SODIMM (200 pin) -- $15 each --
Pulled out of a Dell XPS M1210 notebook after a week or two. Samsung brand.
1x HP iPaq 2210 PDA w/ Windows Mobile 2003 Premium Edition, w/ cradle, 128 meg CF wifi 802.11b card, and Polstar PBT-238 Bluetooth GPS -- $120 for the package --
Screen is in perfect condition. The unit is in very good condition, but not perfect (it's obviously not new). Gets a bit over 2 hrs using wifi for surfing. Bluetooth, SD and CF compatible, 400 MHz xScale CPU. Comes with cradle (for charging and USB sync), stylus, and wallet. The GPS runs on AAA batts, but has the car charger for it as well (needs batteries in to run, even on the car charger, but the batteries can be pretty much empty if the car charger is plugged in). HP actually has an upgrade to WM5 kit for this model, surprisingly. But you'd have to pay for it.

1x Dell Axim x3i integrated wifi 802.11b PDA -- $90 [PENDING] --
Minor scuff between the direcitonal pad and the e-mail quick button, otherwise perfect cosmetic condition. Dead backup battery though (can be replaced, the batteries can be had for about $5+crazy shipping online, but the backup battery is only necessary if you don't backup regularly and you let your main battery run down to nothing). Comes with cradle (for sync/charge, and has spot to charge 2nd battery while charging the PDA), case w/ belt-clip, and the quick setup guide. A lot of RFDers bought these when they came on sale, so I'm sure there's a lot of feedback available about the x3i in the forums. Sadly, there appears to be no way to upgrade these to WM5.0 though.

Used one day, for a wedding, and never again. Seems like a great, easy-to-use camera.

Pulled out of a Core Solo notebook about 6 months ago, after only a few hours of use (upgraded the RAM right away and forgot about the old RAM). Crucial brand but no receipt. Still should have the lifetime warranty, I think.
Pickup location: DVP/Finch in North York. Will ship, at buyer's cost rounded up. For ship, payment is expected in advance via PP or EMT. Prefer local deal on a weekend though.
