WTB: mATX mobo and processor

I am looking for a mobo that is mATX and a processor to go with it.

Mobo should accomodate pc3200 ddr RAM and must have an AGP port.

Not too worried about the processor speed - ~AMD 2500 (give or take 500) or P3/P4 1.5-2.0ghz range should work fine even a decent celeron (~2Ghz) will do.

1536 MB DDR-SDRAM

I am going to take a 512MB stick from my current mobo and put it into the new mobo...
