we booked our cruise next november with them. Prices were amazing, called in and customer service was great. My wife said she got the impression they were a small travel agent. She called in to ask about trip insurance two days after we booked and the lady said "oh i have your paperwork sitting on my desk right here, i was just about to file it"

They are a no frills airline/tour operator. So don't expect anything special!!!

how legit is this company? their prices seem to be so low compared to other sites, I even found the same flight on kayak.com for $200 than it was listed on redtag.ca
Also, I only see options for airport pickup, office pickup and courier. Has anyone picked up their tickets at the airport before? Don't they give e-tickets?

I picked up tickets at the airport from them before. I too was wary of picking up tickets at the airport, I mean its 2007. But, it all went off with out a hitch.

Don't they provide e-tickets though? If not, why?!
Also, do you pick up your tickets the day of the flight or its not advise to?

Hey, I was just checking out this website for a plane ticket from Toronto to Frankfurt. The thing is I only actually need a one way ticket, but round-trip prices on redtag.ca seem to be cheaper than any one way ticket i've found on other websites.
Maybe this is a dumb question, but I don't fly very often and I've never purchased tickets online, but can I just buy a round-trip ticket on redtag.ca and just not use the return ticket? Looks like all the return tickets are for one-week stays, but i'll be in Germany for at least 6 months.
Thanks a lot!

Most airlines allow you to reschedule flights by upto one year. There is a fee for that and also you have to pay extra if the price increases when you return. Contact regtag to see if the particular flight allows this

booked a last minute vacation trip with them last year, worked out well. Since it was too late for them to mail out the package, had to pick it up at the airport on the day of our flight.

I've just booked a trip with them. How does the Airport Pickup work exactly?? Cuz I don't remember seeing a redtag counter At Toronto airport or anything...
And can I pick it up a few days earlier?
Thank you!!

I booked a trip with them a few years ago. No problems at all.
