Well this is an open question, others can feel free to answer them but I'd appreciate if agency recruiters and HR personels can answer me too.
I'm in my final year of university and I wanted to get in the field i've been studying, ITM from Ryerson (ERP major). I think i've applied to over 100 jobs + and seriously i have about 100+ different types of resumes. I do tailor my resume according to the job. I've been told by 99 % recruiters and hiring managers that my resume is amazing and gave them an exact idea of what i've done and where i've applied my experiences. I've gone to interviews about 8-10(in the past 3 months) and I was told i will be contacted back(mind you, my interviews were not screw ups, I've been an acting career councellor at university and I was selected by high schools during the summer to prepare 11th graders for interviews) ...here are my questions:
1) If you interview us, why don't you provide a feedback after or even when I follow up I don't get an email back.
2) I've contacted an agency recruiter and she was begging for me to come for an interview, I went and she threw like 4 jobs at me and got me all those interviews (phone interview) and when I follow up she doesn't respond.
3) I know you go through thousands of resumes but please don't give us a run around and atleast respond to our emails so we can move on and hunt for another job.
Currently I'm not jobless, i make decent coin but I want a job in my profession.
