Call zip and tell them you were charged twice, I'm sure they'll gladly fix it.

Did you buy the movies or "rent" them? If you "rented" them from zip, then cancelled your membership - of course they're going to want the movies back.
Wouldn't a call to their customer service will probably fix all of this?

I had problems with Zip.ca too. In fact, the experience with them completely turned me off using online rentals. I did a 2 week free trial with them and then out of the blue four months later they charged my credit card for a DVD that they said that I did not return. They said they were charging me because I hadn't responded to any of their queries, there were none. I had returned everything when I cancelled. Dealing with their customer service was useless. They were arrogant a**holes that accused me of stealing a DVD. So I disputed the charge with my credit card company and had the charge reversed. I wil never deal with them again. I am not alone in this negative experience.

I've had Zip for several years as has my boyfriend. We are both very happy with their service and have had several disks legitimately go missing (mailing several hundred over the last few years in envelopes that basically say "steal me, I'm a dvd", we're not really surprised they were stolen!) They have never charged us a single cent for missing dvds, nor have they ever double-charged us (and they've had around 50 opportunities for each of us).
Anyways, they've always had great customer service (I use the online live forum) and they treat us with nothing but respect, even though my boyfriend and I go through around 16 dvds EACH per month, so with the cost of postage, etc., Zip isn't making much from us! We thought about canceling our service before they opened the Mississauga branch because it took too long for the disks to make it to Calgary and back.
