Has anyone had any issues with getting their order from Buy.com Canada?
I ordered something over 2 weeks ago that said it would ship in 1-2 business days and still haven't received it. I sent an email and received a reply back saying that they didn't know what happened to my order or where it is and they'll get back to me. The status online still says sent to warehouse.
I'm wondering if I should go ahead and cancel and order from somewhere else.

Yea, we've heard stories about Buy.com similar to this before. Is there no phone number you can call?

There's no phone number to be found on the site. I think I'm going to go ahead and cancel it and order from elsewhere.
I'm just ordering some memory. Can you suggest somewhere else that actually does send it out on time? Thanks.

I ordered twice from those TURDS  Both times they lied by telling me the items were out of stock due to a setback from the Manufacturer. The last time was for a Microsoft VX-6000 webcam which they continually said was not available even though their website showed it was in stock with a higher price.
They only had to email customers, admit to a price error, and cancel orders. Instead they found it was easier to send out weekly email reminders assuring us that our orders would be shipped when stock arrived...which was total BS.
Canceling your order is just as hard, as your order cancellation request will be stuck in limbo forever.
