Wouldn't it be 2006-2007 for graduates this year?
In any case, I will be heading off to the University of Waterloo for Accounting and Financial Management with a specialization in public accounting and an option in speech communication.
Fun stuff.

I graduated from this program last year with Co-op (ELMC). Overall, it is a good program I'd say. But it only really gets exciting third year. First year, is kinda dry...just analog and digital basics. Second year, starts to get exciting because you will start learning bout AM Radio, and FM radio, control systems, stuff like that. Third year, is where you'll finally be seperated from the ELN(Control Systems) group It was my favourite year but its also got some boring courses like ELM(Electrical machines). Transmission Theory is a pretty interesting and important course I'd say, and the prof, Chris Rodgers, that teaches it is just about the best and maybe most challenging prof in the school. But his classes are truly rewarding. You'll find Jeremy Clark (a prof that teaches Communication systems) to be one of the more boring and has a sorta dumbed-down teaching style. I'd stay away from him for your professional option (He teaches RFID). Stay with Chris Rodgers (teaches DSP) and you will feel a lot better comin' out of college.
Any other questions, just ask.
