Can I buy something from Costco with their GC ? the GC will only have about 10% of the total price for the item

Is it possible to use someones membership ? like do the card have a picture or require ID ?

If I buy something with GC, I dont get the 12 month return policy ? if I do can I return it without the membership in hand ?

Does stores like FS and BB PM with Costco ?

The thing I want to buy is the WD 500GB External HDD for $179.99 and as you can see I dont have a membership

1)Yes the membership cards have a picture on it.

2)As for the 12 month return policy that will not be in play for some items.

Correct me if I am wrong, but if you use a GC then the membership necessity does not apply, but in the 10% of the total value scenario, I am not sure.

As long as you have the receipt, you can always say it was a gift...again I am not sure what policies they have for a HDD.

I have succesfully PMd with Best Buy, but that was WITH a receipt from Costco in hand.

If you can get to the Mississauga Store, I would take you in on my membership. I am there once a week anyways.

Yes you can without a membership.

Yes there is a picture and the person has to be with you. You can't 'borrow' someone's membership.

a) there's no 12 month return policy on computer peripherals. I believe it's 14 days. and b) if it weren't a computer peripheral no membership = no extended returns. It's a perk you get when purchasing a membership.

Does stores like FS and BB PM with Costco ?

No they do not from my experience since Costco is not a public store but rather a private membership club.

Can I use someone elses membership online ? obviously the CC would have different names and address as the membership holder

Just let your friend buy it for you and you re-imburse him/her.

Can someone that shop at the Downsview Costco please buy me the most minimum valued GC and I will pay full price for it and will meet up there

Or whoever is in my area and would purchase a GC from their Costco and resell it back to me (around the keele and sheppard area)

No Costco warranty for you, your manufacturer warranty will be fully valid though so you will have to deal with the manufacturer not Costco.

Not even 30 days refund or exchange ?
