Looking for NEW CAREER~~

Hi

I graduated from University of Toronto with Bachelor of Science (Major in Mathematics) and studying for CPA right now. I am currently working in a retail store as a manager.

My question is that how hard to find a bookkeeping job in the states?
What's my next step to take? Because I don't have accounting major so I can't get a job as a bookkeeper or junior accountant. (You know that they require at least 2~3 years of experience).

No Major in accounting even thou I am studying for CPA with online courses.
IT IS REALLY HARD FOR ME TO FIND ENTRY LEVEL BOOKKEEPING POSITION IN THE STATES. (btw I have canadian citizenship)

Any suggestions or advice?

Do you have visa to work in the states though?

I think your best option right now is to get some relevant experience in Canada and then make your move later.

Should I wait until I get my CPA or something to get a career in Accounting?
Cuz w/ Math major is really hard to get a job such as junior accountant or bookkeeper.....

Any suggestions to get entry level positions?
