okay look i opened the box to see if everything is there there will be no warrenty from me!!!and no bill...you can make a test call when you pick it up!!if it works then its yours........if you want a bill or warrenty then you should go to a rogers store and spend 499.00 on a 1 year plan. with mine there is no contract...499.00 plus tax is 568.....you do the math is it worth 168 more to have the bill and a 1 year plan........:?:

You said you got it brand new "today", but no warranty "from you"? In order to get a warranty and receipt you should go and buy from Rogers yourself?

Then you say that there is warranty from Rogers? How do you have a warranty without the receipt?

you dont need a bill to get it covered by rogers.... they go buy the imei# on the phone to tell them when it was made!!!trust me my friend is the rep!

he is right, i got my BB replaced from rogers and never had a receipt, they just ask for the IME number

ya it's true, all you need to do is provide the phone and when they process a repair the IMEI will show up as being under warranty or not and since Curve is 2 weeks old then it will be under warranty. You may get the one random employee who will ask for it, but it's not needed.
