Do you guys think Bermuda shorts is work appropriate in an office environment? I've been getting mixed message from some people. I don't understand what is the fuss about theses shorts.

First of all, it covers more skin then some of the skirts my collegues wear, and its like pants, but shorter of course! What's the big deal?

Bermuda shorts, yay or nay at work?

FYI, i'm a female

IF shorts for men are permitted in your company's dress code, and
IF the shorts are monochrome khaki, blue, or grey, and
IF they're accompanied by a golf shirt and some nice shoes, like Bass Weejuns, then you should be ok.

Generally, though, shorts aren't permitted for men in an office dress casual environment.

IMO not appropriate for a business casual environment...
