Ladies: Where to get a hair perm?

I never permed my hair but I feel it is time for a change. Has anyone had a satisfied perm and would like to recommend a good salon? I am wanting to have loose curls/wavy hair not the "old lady look". I prefer an Asian salon that uses high quality chemicals. I live in the GTA, thank you.:)

My cousin was telling me about her perm. It was exactly how you described it.
First they perm all your hair wavy, then you asked them to straighten whatever part you want flat. Then they will trim the ends a bit.
