Hi there,
I'm looking for a good screensaver to display photos that are on my hard drive. I know that one is included in XP, but I was hoping for one more like the one on (shhh...) a Mac which has real nice smooth transitions.
Besides the answer of, get a Mac, any other suggestions?
Thanks.

Rats. I was all excited that I had the answer to this, but it seems you don't want the one with XP. I thought it did transitions. My wife is using photos of our kids as her screensaver, and I could have sworn it did that, but maybe not. I'll ask her tonight and see what her answer is.

See if you like this (http://pack.google.com/screensaver.html) one better.

Google screensaver is almost exactly what I'm looking for. I would have liked a randomized screen transitions but the ones that come with it are nice. I also would have preferred not to have loaded Google Updater, but I'll be using it! Thanks!
And to Topher, you're right, XP Screensaver does have transitions, but they're so old looking like they're from Windows 3.1 or so. :o) Thanks!
EDIT TO ADD LINK without installing Google Pack Updater:

Also checking out the www.webshots.com screensaver right now.
**** Nevermind, webshots screensaver is not that great either. Go Google!

Thanks OP and others. Have to tell the wife about this one. I think she'll like it better too!

I probably should start a new thread, but I remember now, it's not the screensaver but a wallpaper changer that I'm interested in. So is there a wallpaper changer that's as nice as this Google Photo Screensaver? Thanks.
