CONDITION: THINKPAD IS BRAND NEW! BUT it is out of box, and does not include original box. It includes manual, battery, AC adapter, and the ThinkPad R60 itself. The ThinkPad has been tested to make sure that it boots into Windows.

There is no testing allowed. Upon pick up, I will show you the box, and whats inside it to verify the contents with you, and a power on test will be done to make sure it boots up with no problems. After that, any problems you need to bring it up with IBM/Lenovo, and use their warranty.

Wow, awesome first post.

The Laptop is BRAND NEW, but its opened, no box and tested? And that is brand new how? And you've "tested" it but won't let any prospective buyer test it out?

You claim that the if the laptop has any issues the buyer has to deal with Lenovo directly, but its a special SKU and no receipt... Exactly how is one supposed to get any warranty?

Amazing. I don't care if this sounds like threadcrapping, this is false advertising AND poor trading practices.
