Which one is the best dry clean store in Toronto

My gf has a half cotton, half fur Juicy jacket, she wants to clean it. We went to a dry clean store at Waterloo, and they send the jacket twice to toronto, let us wait for a month, but the result is the jacket is not cleaned at all, and this store wants us to pay $58 for their service...however, the front desk lady in that store is really nice, she agreed with us and let us go, and she said she will talk to the person who take charge of this.

So now, we need to find a good dry clean store in Toronto, anyone knows any?

Can the jacket be machine washed?
Cus all of ours jackets with fur are machine washed, came out good ;)

Is it real fur or faux fur? Because if it's faux fur, it's ok to just machine wash it and hang to dry. Drying it in the dryer would ruin faux fur.
