is this going on at every mall? because I was at Yorkdale today and they didnt have this going on.

i got an e-mail about this too. i think you need an spc card?

Yes, you need an SPC and it is off regular price only. I went to Yorkdale too this morning and they didn't even know about it...then the manager confirmed that yes the event was going on for SPC card holders.
