This is the first time I hear the expression "back dimples". They look weird to me.

I google some info and it doesn't seem to be related to fat levels. Fat peoples have dimples too. My children (17, 11, 7) are rail thin and don't have dimples. In fact most people I know (thin, fat, medium) don't have dimples.

Anyways to answer the original question, I do indeed find them sexy. But honestly, every girl I've ever dated has them, and I do myself. I havnt really paid attention to other people and if they have them.
