Hey all, dunno where this should go, but thought i'd ask here.. Just wondering what sorts of questions one should ask when buying a home? can you ask things like if its ever had flooding? year shingles, furnace, a/c has been changed/replaced? Also, what sort of leeway do you have on pricing?
