I brought a nargila home from Israel the last time I was there. It's about 3 ft high and disassembles into about 6 pieces. The looks I got from the customs guy when he checked my suitcase were priceless. :)

In the same boat at Shisha. If it only contains tobacco, there is nothing illegal about it. Those that you see in Shisha bars must be 100% free of tobacco, only containing herbs and flavor.

If it contains any tobacco at all, and you're smoking it indoors in a public place, you'd be breaching the Smoke-Free Ontario Act.

its perfectly legal to smoke it in a park, if your just smoking the tobacco... but like another poster said, if you do smoke and some cops show up they will be able to search you if they "suspect" something... smoking a bong-like device would certainly be enough...so if you do...make sure you're not carrying anything else.

yes. 18 if you buy from the states. I don't think many places will ID you however
