Buy something really nice.
Its never bad to have their siblings like you :) I know personally, my kid brother's opinion of the girls I date has some (although minor) weight. Maybe one of those bags from aritza?

Buy her a icecream or a candy and tell her to stop whining. Tell her not to expect things that way she wont be dissappointed.

QFT. Damn spoiled brats.
Or just wrap up an empty box and tell her "it's the thought that counts"

Those teeny-bopper years is when they are starting to make the transition from growing up out of being a kid and into early adulthood (or rather they would like to believe so). So stay away from things that will make them feel like a kid again (even though they are still one). The only things they are interested in are things that will make them feel more grown up. So things like an aritzia or a guess bag as suggested is a good one. Stick with one of the cheaper bags though, no sense spending $60+ on someone you're not that close to. And shop early, Guess often has 50% off sales.
