View Full Version : Dress shoes that are like sneakers?

did a search and didn't exactly find a thread like this.

Anyway, does anyone know of any dress shoes that appear like dress shoes but have sneaker insides? Not talking about Ecco, Hush Puppies, etc.

It's not so much the comfort, but the fact that my feet get hot and will get sweaty sometimes. I had a pair of Geox but the leathery inside (sorry for the lack of shoe vocabulary) still makes my feet hot.

Just looking for 'business casual' of course...tho no one really cares at work. A little less formal is alright too. All suggestions are welcome!

Lacostes maybe? I dont know about the insole but Cole Haan makes casual shoes with the Nike Air Bubble although I doubt that makes the inside feel more sneakerish.

I was going to suggest Geox shoes!

but guess u already tried that!

I just put terry cloth insoles in my shoes that were leather as I don't want to wear socks with them during the summer as it looks real stupid (to me anyways).

Bought some dr scholls insoles at shoppers, but I'm sure u can find cheaper ones

I've got the same problem, feet get sweaty and then the shoe doesn't smell too good! I just bought the shoes recently too, so I don't feel like getting a new pair...
