im thinking of gettin a tattoo soon and its gonna be my first...

has anyone gotten one from the place @ pmall? if so, are they any good? how do they charge?..it seems like they're always tattooing someone, so im assuming they're not THAT bad

are there any other places within the GTA that you would suggest?

To be honest, go to a tatoo parlour in downtown. There's one near dundas square and many more around.

the thing is...im not plannin on gettin anything THAT complicated...i heard the one at pmall was decent...and its really close to home for me =) lol

My niece got one there recently...it's nice, but off center...

hmmm off centered on such a simple tattoo like that...not very impressive.

actually I didn't even realized that there was a tattoo parlour in Pmall.

there's probably a waiting list cuz there's not many other chinese owned tattoo parlours??

got any pictures of his tattoos with details shading and use of colours??

maybe I'll go and check this dude out.

tatoo place is called Cronic Ink...its on the side where smoker's corner is...
and no..you dont need id..heck you dont have to be 18+ to have an id...its PMALL people! since when did they ever check id? :lol:

Wow, I definatly DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A TATTOO FROM PMALL, mod chips maybe, but this tattoo is forever, go the extra time to go downtown to a semi reputable place... If you are to lazy to get a half decent tattoo that will be on you for the rest of your life, then by all means go to pmall... That being said I am in favour of tattoos so don't think im acting paternally, this is just one of those, dont be ****ing stupid.

is it because its pmall? being located in pmall does not make it crappy.

im pretty sure this thread is about the quality of the tattoos of the place in pmall. dont bash it, unless u have experience with that place.

the glow in the dark one is pretty coool :twisted:

but yeah if you dont trust going to pmall why don't you just head on down to New Tribe on queen street. Everyone i know is happy about that place.

I got mine at Stinger Tattoo in Richmond Hill (they have a Newmarket location as well), my girlfriend got her 2 there, and we've recommended tons of other people to go there. Honestly, nice guys, talented artists, great work. I pretty much won't go anywhere else now.

Not bad at all, I'm quite impressed by the shading technique and usage of colours...maybe I'll get my next one there.

its acutally quite scary that ur skin glows in the dark...

i actually find the glow in the dark ones quite interesting...good for night and day to show off the art...also it's not your skin, it's the ink

From the picture, those look more like Blacklight ink rather than Glow in the dark ink that you guys are referring to.

I guess that will come in handy when you go to places that turn on blacklight... like.... Clubs... Science Centre...Ontario Place? :)

My point is that, pmall **** is cheap there, do not cheap out on a tattoo I know this is RFD and I know you try and save as much money as possible, but if you go to a cheap ****** place and get a permant marking on you, your going to think, hey, 40-50 years from now, man this tattoo is terrible, wasnt worth the money, I should have spent the extra money on getting a decent one. Other people have agreed with me and trust me I have enough experiance with tattoos to know that you shouldn't skimp on that, save your money on electronics not on tats.

My brother in law owns a tattoo shop and we walked by this place for the first time a couple months ago. He said a couple of the pictures they had up on display were ripped off from the Internet.

I've only been to Way Cool Tattoos, but they do have sample photos of their work on the glass for you to take a look at.

asian tattoo place? i would go downtown...even if it cost a little more...tattoos are for life!
