I've read stuff on other forums that they mix fake and real stuff... then I read some stuff about how their supplier screwed them, and they toke refunds for the fakes... Anyways, apperently, they cleaned up and have a "if you find a fake you get 110%" or something and I don't even know what to think anymore.
Worth the trip downtown?

"Everything is 100% Authentic or $1000.00 cash". .. doesn't that mean that everything should be real?

Back from the sale and I left displeased. I got there precisely at 2pm and paid 5 bucks for cover. This was in no way a sample sale, the clothing that was put out were clothes unsold at whatever stores they collected them from because they were all this years or previous season collection. Prices were barely 'sample sale prices', true religions were still going 200+, ernest sewn and diesel ~150, and there were a TON of guess jeans going for >100 bucks, and to make matters worse there were no rock & republic for mens. The selection of shirts were meh, there were lacoste, ben sherman, ed hardy, edwin, and some other brands. Prices for shirts ranged from 15 to 100 dollars. Sample sale clothing? Definately not. More like a whole sale of unsold designer clothing. Whoever ran this event made the title very misleading. In the end, I grabbed two polos which came out to $70 which is not bad considering I grabbed a lacoste for $60 bucks. But I was really expecting to get some jeans, and this event was very disappointing for having a ****** selection of jeans.

Blah, I got more warnings on facebook - again, "if you don't want lacoste polos, dont bother" was the gist of it.

well I can spot out fake denim, but that's about it. But they didn't carry enough denim of high value to fake so I didn't spot any there.
