Thanks OP I booked the bus deal to Montreal. I got the $10 seat on the outbound bus but back I had to settle for a $14 seat since the $10 ones all got in Tor after midnight...still a great deal though.

Priceline. I got one for next weekend at the Hyatt in downtown Montreal (I bid 75USD and it was accepted...after tax plus currency conversion, it was around $110 CDN). If you bid for a 2 star or something, you can do it for about 60 to 70.
