Thanks OP, you intentions are great....but yes, I ditto phco on that. Exactly our experience (+ the waiter ignored us much of the time).

I had a bday there once. My menu was personalized with my name across the top. So make sure you give you gf's name over the phone when you make the reservation. A ballon was tied to my chair so the entire restaurant knew it was my bday. I also got a free chocolate mousse cake (which is never on the dessert menu). Cheers!
