That cordless polisher any good?

no, i bought it from last year's mother's day special to detail my mother's car (well actually more like practicing on my mother car before touch my own haha, but no one has to know)

anyhow, brought it home, charged it, and turned it on(not touching the car), it didn't feel like much power, i pressed my palm against it, it slowed down significantly, and after playing with it for bout 10 minutes, it slowed down to a speed that's pretty much useless, i might as well use my hand, and yes, it came with a second battery, but charing it takes much longer than 10 minutes

Verdict

If you want to turn a 5 hour job into a 25 hours job, this is the polisher for you

which some of you may want to, but if you love your car that much that you want to be so careful with your car, i suggest just taking it to a professional detailer


as with the polisher, i returned it and bought a corded one, much much better

Make no mistake, professionals do not use random orbital polishers. The PC 7424 barely has enough power to polish properly.
