Getting disconnected 2-3 times per hour w/ rogers!??!?

Anyone here w/ rogers internet that have been gettin' disconnected
for a minute or 2 inconsistently, sometimes alomst 2-3 times per hour?

not only myself expereincing this, but also my GF's home
is gettin' the same thing....

what is wrong?
