What is the best in store deal for a good brand of DVD-r in Toronto? Has to be reliable.

Man I thought I would find something cheaper like 100 sony dvd-r at Wal-mart or something for 24.99, I guess they don't have that sale anymore. I might as well get 50 Ridata dvd-r for $15 at local computer store?
