Hello, I just would like to obtain some general info/opinions on Celicas (GT).
I've seen bunch of them up for sale on RFD and other places.. are there any specific reasons?
Also, can they last till 200KM?
I'm in a market for a car, I've been looking at several cars and gathering infos.. I hear Celica is "hairdresser's car", what's up with that?
I'm a student in early 20's, any infos or opinions on Celica (GT model) would be great. Thanks guys.

It will easily last till 200km...any car should without too much problem.
Hairdresser's car means it's a chick car...or at least that's what I would take it as.
A celica GT is all show, no go...so good for looking cool, but that's about it.

If you're tall, you won't fit. I'm 6', and my head rubs against the roof. It's a toyota, so you figure how relaible that is.
Just beware of the insurance.

How bad is insurance on Celica?
I'm currently looking at 2001 model. I have G, clean record ever since I got my G2. I was thinking insurance should be okay?
Also, I'm 5'10-5'11..

Try to find a ST185 All-trac from the US. Can't go wrong with a turbo 3S-GTE and Torsen rear diff.

I love how they look from the front but hate how they look from the back. It's like looking at a different car.
